Lose Weight the Healthy Way.

I have always been plump.  I have done almost everything to lose weight the healthy way.  I have gone on many yoyo diets and joined many exercise groups but I was still overweight.  I came across a weight loss surgery program that inspired me to read on. I had the right reasons to qualify and have this weight loss surgery For me to achieve and maintain a healthier weight, my group was always there to support and help me change my lifestyle, build healthier habits and keep me focused on my goal.  It was not very difficult to lose weight after all.
