Water for summer

During summer season, what we complaint about the most is the extreme heat that seems to be beyond our tolerance. And what we do is to confine ourselves in a fully air-conditioned room and wear thin clothes. Sometimes, we go to the beach or dive to the pool. Also, we drink glasses of cold drinks. Of all we do to relieve the heat, drinking lots of fluid is the most important. Because it is also during this season when perspire the most and we dehydrate. We can stop dehydration by drinking liquids, preferably water. Aside from the discomfort we are feeling during summer, where we have to be concerned about what’s inside the body – our health.

My friends and I are real hardcore gamers. We try every video and computer games we encounter. We have also tried the latest computer games including online games. But despite every new gaming gadget that comes out in the market, we don’t get tired and bored of playing playstation. If you remember a game console being inserted with a CD being attached to your TV with two controllers, that’s it, no doubt. This is probably something old-fashioned and left-behind for some gamers but for some reasons, we enjoy playing it. Some gamers seem to forget about these and seem to think that gaming is only about online games but for us, playing together is still the best. Yes, online games are exciting and real fun but we find games played in games consoles equally fun.

I am a little picky when it comes to food. My preferences on food are kind of different to others and I easily get tired of a dish. I always seek for new tastes. That is why from time to time, I study different recipes and make them. From soups, main dishes to desserts, I research on them. Sometimes, I ask friends for recipes but usually, I search in the internet. There are easy to make recipes online and the ingredients can be found in supermarkets. Because of these recipes, I am able to come up with good dishes that satisfy my tummy from time to time. And for me, this is the best use of the internet.
